When the tractor is driving or parking, the gearbox makes a noise, and the road is uneven. The higher the speed, the louder the noise.
Reasons and Solutions for Abnormal Noise in Tractor Gearboxes
(1) Excessive wear of rolling bearings, excessive axial and radial clearance; The bearing spacer and sleeve are damaged, and the surface of the ball is peeled off, resulting in abnormal noise during transmission. Bearings, bearing spacers, spacers, etc. should be replaced.
(2) The surface of the transmission gear is severely worn or fatigued, which worsens the meshing situation, or the backlash between the teeth is too large, resulting in impact and abnormal noise during transmission. Gears should be replaced and must be replaced in pairs.
(3) Insufficient lubricating oil, or dirty or deteriorated lubricating oil, can worsen the lubrication status of gears and bearings, causing abnormal noise caused by gear heating during transmission. Check the lubricating oil and add it promptly if it is insufficient. When the lubricating oil is unqualified, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
(4) The locating ring or locking nut of the shaft in the gearbox is loose. The locking nut and retaining ring should be fixed.
